Integrative Gynecology & Cycle Awareness.
A medicine devoted to true healing, vitality and a harmonious way of living.

Philosophy
Trained in Medicine as a General Practitioner, my work focuses on Integrative Gynecology — a holistic approach to women's health that bridges modern science with ancestral healing traditions. Drawing from Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the science of neuroplasticity, I explore the emotional and physiological roots of gynecological imbalances in order to address them at their core.
This is a form of medicine devoted not only to the treatment of symptoms, but to the cultivation of true healing, vitality, and a harmonious way of living.
Developing awareness of the hormonal cycle is a path toward freedom and autonomy.
It reconnects women with their Wild Soul, allowing them to live fully expressed in their individuality and embodied power. I believe in a world where women feel at home in their own bodies — where self-love, respect for personal boundaries, and the courage to live one's truth become guiding forces.
The Pillars of Women's Health
Seven pillars — the ground from which the practice grows.
- 01Nutrition
Food as medicine — nourishing the body through every phase of the cycle.
- 02Movement
Gentle, rhythmic movement that supports circulation, energy and emotional release.
- 03Sleep
Rest as a non-negotiable foundation for hormonal repair and nervous-system regulation.
- 04Silence
Stillness and introspection as gateways to inner knowing.
- 05Emotional wellbeing
Honoring feelings, boundaries and the stories held in the body.
- 06Interpersonal relationships
Cultivating connections that feel safe, supportive and true.
- 07Self-care
Daily rituals that restore, ground and return me to myself.
